Fees
When is the Club available for
private functions?
We are open from the middle of May
until the middle of November and will be open during
the winter months for special occasions.
How many people can the Club
accommodate?
According to your needs, we can
accommodate 150 people for standing receptions and
120 for sit-down dinners. (We also have seating on
our much coveted deck, overlooking Big Bald
Mountain, weather permitting.)
Smaller groups can have a choice
of function rooms located throughout the Club, each
with it’s own ambiance and seating capabilities.
Is there a minimum amount of
people for private events?
Our minimum size group to
customize an event is for 25 people. Smaller groups
will be considered and may have some surcharges
added.
Is it possible to hold a Wedding
Ceremony at the Club?
We have a small but picturesque
area for the actual Wedding Service. Your Wedding
Planner would be happy to talk to you about this and
recommend some other locations. We do specialize in
Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Dinners and Receptions
and Engagement Cocktail Parties.
Can we hold our Meeting or Seminar
at the Club?
We have several rooms available
for Meetings or Seminars. We can offer: Breakfasts,
Morning Breaks, Lunches, Afternoon Breaks, Dinner
and/or Cocktail Parties.
Could my group hold a Golf
Tournament at Wolf Laurel?
We would be happy to schedule your
Tournament around our existing Golf Schedule. Sunday
afternoons or Mondays are great times for us, though
we’re not limited to those two times. We can
accommodate up to 80 players and can offer a variety
of Services such as: Scoring Services, Beverage
Carts, Choices of Luncheon (Boxed, BBQ, Buffet),
Cocktail and Awards Parties.
What other Services can the Club
provide or help me with?

What is the Tax and Service Charge
rate?
There is a 20% Service charge and
6.75% Tax is applied to all events involving Food or
Bar items.
Is a Deposit required to hold my
Reservation?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required
with your booking reservation, along with a signed
copy of your contract. An additional 25% is required
two weeks before your event. The balance is due and
payable on the date of your event either by Cash or
Check (no Credit Cards). Members may charge to their
account.
When do I need to give a final
count of attendees?
The Club requires a final count
four days before the event. This is the number you
will be billed. (We will be able to work within a
plus or minus 5% fluctuation.)
Normal Service Fees
Linens: Add $1.00 per person Champagne Service:
Add $1.00 per person plus cost of champagne, Cake
cutting: Add $1.00 per person, Excessive furniture
moving: $100.00 flat fee, Decorating fee: $75.00,
Bartender: $100.00 min. for three hours/ $50.00 each
additional hour, Beverage Cart on Golf Course: $75.00
for three hours plus cost of beer, Golf scoring
service: No charge for groups, Room Rental: Fees vary
(from $50.00-$200.00).
Additional Information
*If it is necessary for you to ship materials to
the Club, Please make sure each item is clearly
marked with the following:*Organization and Name of
Meeting Planner *Date of the Function *Name of the
Club Party Planner
*The Club cannot be responsible for poor food
quality caused by excessive deviation from the
scheduled time.
*The Patron agrees to be financially responsible
for any damages to the Club by the Patron or their
guests.
*The Club reserves the right to inspect and
control all Private Functions. Liability for damages
to the premises will be charged accordingly.
*The Club cannot assume responsibility for
personal property and equipment brought onto the
premises nor is responsible for items left behind by
the patron or their guests.
*Entertainment must cease at 11:00 p.m. as we
have a noise ordinance in effect.
*All Food/ Drink prices are subject to a 20%
gratuity and a 6.75% sales tax
*Meal prices do not include soft drinks, tea or
coffee or alcoholic beverages
*Buffets are based on a 25 person minimum
*All prices are subject to change due to
increasing food costs.
